Brava House B&B occupies one of Austin's original Victorian homes, built in 1889. Rooms feature queen-size Tempurpedic beds, working fireplaces, hardwood floors, and antique furnishings. The Casablanca Room includes a four-poster canopy bed and clawfoot tub. The Garbo Suite offers floor-to-ceiling Victorian windows, a sleeper sofa, and a separate bedroom. The wheelchair-accessible first-floor room has a roll-in shower and private entrance from the parking lot.
Daily Breakfast Service
A continental-plus breakfast is served weekdays from 8:00-9:00 AM in the modern kitchen. Full breakfast is available Saturday and Sunday from 9:00-10:00 AM. Guests can choose communal table, bar, or back patio seating. Tea and coffee facilities are provided in all rooms.

The property features a large wooden deck with seating, surrounded by gardens with soothing fountains and windchimes. Guests have access to this outdoor space for relaxation. The residential neighborhood includes West Austin Park, which has a fenced off-leash dog area, pool, and playground.

Situated in the Old West Austin National Register Historic District, just over a mile from the University of Texas. Within walking distance of Sixth Street, the Texas Capitol building, and local restaurants. The 600-year-old Treaty Oak stands on Baylor Street between West 5th and 6th Streets. Graffiti Park at Castle Hills is 0.5 km away. Free off-street parking is available in the private lot.
Guest Services and Policies
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Pets are accepted in some rooms with prior approval for a $50 nightly fee. Families with children under age 10 must book suites. No onsite laundry, but dry cleaners are nearby. High-speed WiFi and air conditioning are provided throughout the property.
